Step by step : How to Sign Documents Electronically

Easy to use, time saving, and free of charge, the electronic signature really is for everyone. Here are two things you will need to get started:

Here is how to do it:

Step 1
List your billing information. At the same time, you will be able to write the candidate’s full name and email.

Step 2
Read the authorization text at the bottom of the form, add your initials on the line to that effect then sign the form electronically.

Final step
You will now be redirected to our online store where you can pay for the pre-employment inquiry.

The candidate will fill in their missing information received by email and sign the form electronically. A copy of the completed form(s) will be sent to both parties involved (Oligny & Thibodeau inc and you). This is when the inquiry’s screening process will begin.

It is your responsibility to make sure the candidate properly fills in the form and to follow up with them.
